The delivery service was extremely disappointing. I paid for white glove delivery to my preferred room, but this was refused by two different companies. Ultimately, I had to pay additional costs for help to bring the chair upstairs, despite spending a significant amount on this chair. Other chairs are available for half the price with equally good reviews. I expected outstanding service given the high price, but that was far from the reality. I feel cheated for having paid so much for a chair that came with such poor customer support, leading me to seek help after rearranging my schedule twice.
