UPDATED 1/8/2025 After getting the chair we have had about a week and a half to test it out. We love it. We exercise everyday and then go to work. We look forward to using the chair to soothe sore muscles.The options for various massages, intensity, and heat, offer us the ability to choose the best combination for the soreness we may have. The chair appears and feels to be well made, solid, and has a beautiful appearance. We put it in our primary bedroom as the color goes with our furniture.Because we were concerned about power surges, we purchased a good surge and filtering suppressor to help protect the electronics and motor.For the price of the chair I don't think you will find a better deal.The sales rep has been VERY responsive when contacted with questions. We did have some delivery issues but Relaxe handled them well.I would recommend this chair if you are in the market for a well made, fairly priced massage chair.
