The delivery service was very disappointing. I paid for premium delivery to my chosen room, but two different companies denied it. In the end, I had to pay extra for help to move the chair upstairs, despite spending a lot on it. There are other options available for half the price with similar reviews. I expected excellent service due to the high cost, but that was not the case. I feel misled after paying so much for a chair that came with such poor customer support, which forced me to arrange help after rescheduling my work twice.
