I ordered relaxium and received two bottles on Thursday. I took two tablets as suggested at 11:00pm. I went to bed at 11:30 and fell asleep rather quickly. At 2:00am I awoke with a pulse rate of 136. It continued to stay between 129 and 144 until 3:00pm when it dropped to 68bpm. I called customer service. The representative was not empathetic, in fact a bit non caring and told me that she would cancel my membership but would only give me credit for one bottle after returning it and said that they just didn't write that it could affect the heart and said that people with heart conditions should not take vitamins including multi vitamins which my doctor recommended. I am very dissatisfied with the product and customer service.
I bought this product a couple years ago. They had a special on TV.That you buy so many.You'll get a couple of free. So I did I think I bought six. I can't remember it's been a while.I tried to product, did not work for me.Could not take the product back because I lost a receipt. I think I used three bottles to see it would work, buy the third one.It was not working for me. I was disappointed. I don't sleep that good.
This product and company is completely dishonorable dishonest and untrustworthy including the ingredients. Their entire sleep study was completely bogus there was no professional sleep study they're running a Ponzi scheme taking everyone's money all the good reviews are from them themselves and their friends. Suggest to run the other way if you ordered it get your money back there's many better effective products on the market with professional companies that are standardized that have been around for over 50 years. People with charge $119 $189 for fake 1 free sample bottle there's 800 complaints on Yelp for Walmart Costco Walgreens check better Business bureau complaints check Federal trade commission complaints check FDA consumer complaints and everywhere else. The person running it needs to be fined and shut down permanently how dare they shame on them scamming the public!!!
Relaxium Sleep has helped me acquire the much needed sleep I was lacking! And I wake up so refreshed and ready to start my day. It is true to it core! The real deal. I have been using it since 2019.I will never use anything else for a sleep aid!
No change to my sleep at all. Everything they boast - faster, longer, deeper, was totally ineffective and no different than if I drank a cup of water with nothing 30 minutes before sleep. There was ZERO change to my sleep patterns at all.Thanks for your reply. I DID contact your support team and they said that they would refund PARTIAL to me since I had already used the product. WTF? I did not expect that a 90 day trial period would mean that I was charged for the product regardless. And then they attempted to "slick salesman" to convince me to buy more product! Poor business practices.
This product did not work for me. Took advantage of the "shipping only" offer. Fine print - they charged $125 after the trial period, and I did not return it (forgot to check the fine print). The product did not help me sleep and gave me a terrible headache after 3 days of using it. Basically, melatonin at an extremely high price.
