I saw an advertisement for this product on social media and was intrigued by the promotional pricing. The purchasing process was lengthy, which likely obscured the important terms. I was charged the promotional price but later found a charge of $128.29 on my credit card for a subscription I didn’t intend to sign up for. When I sought a refund, the customer service representative was dismissive, making me feel like I was at fault. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
I ordered a sample for shipping costs but later found a charge for the sample plus an additional amount. When I called to inquire, I was told I needed to return the second bottle to avoid charges. I wasn’t aware of this condition. I returned the unopened bottles and received a refund for the product price but not my shipping costs. This company’s practices seem deceptive.
Relaxium Sleep is misleading on its web page. Ordered a free trial for 2 bottles of Relaxium Sleep. I had to pay shipping and could cancel in 17 days if I was unhappy with the product. If I didn't cancel, they would send the product every month. When I called to cancel within the 17 days, I was told I would have to return a full, unopened bottle back to them or be charged $60 for it. Nowhere on their webpage did it say this. The Relaxium Sleep leaves you with brain fog the next day and headaches.
