Frustrating experience with my order

I had to reach out to find out the status of my Christmas rug that I ordered on 12/8/25. I was unaware that the company was based in China. However, they did process my order quickly and shipped it out. I received it late last night on 12/22/25. Unfortunately, it didn't resemble the image on their website, and I wish I had chosen a larger size. I had to iron it to remove the wrinkles and make it lie flat. Overall, it feels overpriced for the quality.

This company sell cheap crap that is nothing like the product shown. They also refuse to abide by the trading laws of this company and try to offer a small refund instead of what you are entitled to. Do not buy from these people.

Garbage

Don't waste your money, bought a key ring with a cockapoo in it that looked good on the photo. It is the cheapest most tacky thing I have soon. Still waiting from a reply from relaxpact for a refund.

Do not be tempted by the advert

If you would like a lovely decoration for your Christmas tree - don’t buy from Relaxpact! If you do you will receive a bit of plastic cut out as a Christmas tree with a rubbish picture stuck on it. It will not resemble the advert in any shape or form. This is a total con and for £16 daylight robbery! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

I just bought a key ring

I just bought a key ring. On the ad it showed as a westie lying asleep between nested carved wings. What turned up was a cheap piece of plastic with a picture of wings and dog on it. Estimated cost for this tat probably 50p. Cost to buy plus p+p £18.45. Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole ever again. Nor should you.

Utter rubbish

Utter rubbish. I ordered the hanging guitars for the Christmas tree as it looked very nice on the website, plus it looks 3D. When it arrived yesterday I couldn't believe it. Just a bit of plastic with a dull picture of guitars stuck to it. Total tat.

Looks nothing like the picture

Looks nothing like the picture. I thought I was buying a lovely fluffy Westie in a stocking. Ended up being a cheap bit of plastic with a picture of a Westie in it. Certainly not worth the amount I paid.
