I purchased an LG AC on April 2024 on 8th August 2024 I registered a complaint regarding non working of my AC .Later It came to my knowledge through a service agent that a rat has entered through outlet pipe hole which was supposed to be packed by the service agent during AC installation consequently the rat has destructed whole parts to which complaint further extended for parts replacement which was supposed to made by the reliance digital in response to which I have send them several mails but instead they asked me pay the charges for parts replacement and services.The Company has continuously failed to gave me the proper resolution despite the fact my AC is still in warranty period .Due to the negligence of service agent my AC is not working.Please don't buy any product from reliance digital they have pathetic customer services once the product is sold it becomes a customer's problem..worst Worst worst services ghatiya reliance
