I received a notification at 9 AM regarding my expected delivery, but there were no details about the delivery partner or a specific time frame. I had to remain at home all day to ensure I wouldn't miss the delivery. The delivery representative arrived at 6 PM, clearly prioritizing their own schedule over customer convenience. Their customer service via messaging was unhelpful, and my inquiries went unanswered. I was then given another 24-hour window for installation, with the same lack of consideration for my time. I recommend purchasing from a physical store instead of dealing with online orders, especially if you're the only one available to receive the delivery.

🚫 The worst buying experience I've ever had – QLED TV 🚫 I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT purchase from this company or its affiliates. These entities are entirely unprofessional and show little regard for their customers. Even after elevating my concerns to the highest levels, there was no resolution. I have sent over 20 emails, made numerous calls, and followed up at every possible opportunity. It has been more than 35 days, and my issue remains unresolved. All I receive are empty promises, generic responses, and no real action. Once they have your payment, they seem to lose interest. Customers are left feeling frustrated while the company remains indifferent. This clearly indicates a brand in decline, relying solely on its name rather than providing genuine service or ethical practices.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the after-sales support received. I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine on 6th December 2025, and despite numerous follow-ups, emails, and escalations, the problem remained unresolved for weeks. Even with repeated promises that the replacement part was 'in transit,' no timely solution was offered. Adding to my frustration, the company stated they attempted to call me, but I did not receive any calls or messages at all. This misleading communication significantly increased my stress. The washing machine was unusable for an extended period, causing ongoing inconvenience for my family. Continuous delays, lack of accountability, and absence of proactive updates led to mental distress and unnecessary hardship for a loyal customer. This situation highlights serious shortcomings in service management and a complete disregard for customer care. Such treatment from a well-known brand is simply unacceptable. I would strongly recommend potential customers to reconsider their purchase, as the after-sales support is incredibly poor and stressful.

The service promised delivery of the phone on 28/11/2025, but there has been no sign of the product. I've only received vague messages about issues with the address and other excuses. It's disheartening as I've already paid in full, feeling cheated in the process.

Avoid purchasing products from this company. I bought a Samsung refrigerator, which lost cooling efficiency within two years. After numerous complaints, an incompetent team came to assist, but the issue remains unresolved even after 30 days. This is a disappointing experience.

I would rate this experience with zero stars. The AC I bought is excessively noisy, and despite requesting a replacement, I've been told it's normal. I urge potential buyers to seek live demos before making a purchase and not to trust the sales staff blindly.

When I purchased an Air Fryer, the salesperson assured me of a complimentary Philips Toaster. However, upon delivery, I was told I wouldn't receive it. I reached out to various channels for resolution, but to no avail. I've found better options for electronics elsewhere.
