I am extremely dissatisfied with the after-sales support received. I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine on 6th December 2025, and despite numerous follow-ups, emails, and escalations, the problem remained unresolved for weeks. Even with repeated promises that the replacement part was 'in transit,' no timely solution was offered. Adding to my frustration, the company stated they attempted to call me, but I did not receive any calls or messages at all. This misleading communication significantly increased my stress. The washing machine was unusable for an extended period, causing ongoing inconvenience for my family. Continuous delays, lack of accountability, and absence of proactive updates led to mental distress and unnecessary hardship for a loyal customer. This situation highlights serious shortcomings in service management and a complete disregard for customer care. Such treatment from a well-known brand is simply unacceptable. I would strongly recommend potential customers to reconsider their purchase, as the after-sales support is incredibly poor and stressful.
