I ordered a washing machine and dishwasher on 22/12/25 for delivery on the 24th. Initially, all seemed fine. On the 23rd, I received a text saying I would get an update later, but then I was informed at 6:57 PM that delivery wouldn't happen the next day, right as the support chat closed. I woke early on the 24th to check online, only to find my items arrived late the previous night. The representative claimed they didn't reach the local hub in time, despite tracking indicating otherwise. I explained my situation, as I have a broken washing machine and a child with specific needs regarding laundry. The response was to 'take it up with the seller,' and I was given a new delivery date of 30th December. This is unacceptable; I ordered for pre-Christmas delivery, and now have to wait nearly a week due to their delays. I'm very unhappy and need to find alternative arrangements while seeking a refund.
