Excellent delivery driver only issue I had I ordered it to be delivered on the 2nd off Feb as I was suppose to be away but plans got cancelled but it came 2 days early and they let me know the morning it was coming good thing I checked my phone if I was away or out i would off missed it
Bought a cooker, did my research after being scammed with a different company & thought it was the right decision.
Delivery was booked for a saturday, van turned up, no cooker on board. Contacted the company who gave assurance cooker would arrive with a different company the weekend after. A few days later I recieved a call to be told it hadnt been booked and I would have to wait another week. Another call to the company and the lady arranged another courier to deliver the cooker on the date we had been promised with a refund of the delivery charge. Much to my surprise, i was then refunded the entire cost of the cooker. Another call to the company to make them aware of their error, as it had been done through paypal, it was all quickly rectified. Spoke to stephen who was apologetic and polite as the other staff had been.. its been frustrating but the cooker arrived, it was well packaged and looks lovely. Not yet installed... fingers crossed for easy installation.
I ordered a washing machine and dishwasher on 22/12/25 for delivery on the 24th, and everything seemed fine initially. On the 23rd, I received a text indicating I would get a message later with a time slot. However, at 6:57 PM that day, I got a message saying, 'sorry we can't deliver tomorrow,' just as the web chat closed and the phone lines were about to shut down. I woke up early on the 24th to chat online, only to find that my items arrived late at 11:37 PM and 11:54 PM the previous night. The representative informed me that they didn’t reach the local delivery hub in time for sorting, despite what the tracking indicated. I explained my situation, mentioning my broken washing machine and my child’s specific needs regarding laundry. Their response was to 'take it up with the seller,' and I was given a new delivery date of 30th December. This is unacceptable; I chose the service for timely delivery before Christmas, and now I face a week-long wait due to their delays. I'm incredibly dissatisfied and now have to figure out alternative arrangements while trying to get my money back!

I ordered a television from the company, but it unfortunately arrived damaged due to the couriers. I visited the local branch and spoke to a representative who went above and beyond to arrange a replacement for me on the same day.
I ordered a TV through the platform's shop. The payment was processed, but the TV was never delivered. They held onto my money for nearly a month without any delivery updates. The product became available later at a higher price, yet there was no refund or delivery. I will choose other retailers in the future. You may pay more, but you get proper customer service. With this company, I paid for a premium product and received nothing in return.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Ordering a refrigerator turned into weeks of stress and frustration. I placed my order on December 6, 2025, expecting delivery on December 10, but was told it wouldn't be possible and was rescheduled for December 15. I accepted that, but then ArrowXL messaged me about an earlier delivery on December 13. I rearranged my plans and waited, only for the delivery not to happen. I received a call later promising delivery on December 15, but instead, I was told to rebook. The next date was December 17. Contacting ArrowXL was futile; the chat didn’t work, and calling took forever. I reached out to the seller through the platform and waited over 2.5 hours for a response, only to be told there was an 'unsuccessful delivery attempt,' implying it was my fault. When I explained, I got no response. I rebooked for December 17, but the seller changed the date again to December 18 without my consent. This service is completely unacceptable. Broken promises, no communication, and no accountability from the seller or ArrowXL. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this seller.
