Reliant.com (USA) – Service Experience FeedbackReliant.com has been the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. I requested electricity service for my apartment in Midtown, Houston, TX in September 2025. Initially, they entered my address incorrectly. When I asked them to correct it, instead of fixing the existing service, they created a new account with the corrected apartment number and charged me twice — once for the original request and again for the so-called correction.When I reached out to their customer service via web chat, the representatives appeared completely unprepared and unable (or unwilling) to understand my issue. As a business professional who travels frequently, I rely on autopay billing to save time. I only stay in the US for about 60 days at a time before traveling back to China, so efficient service is extremely important to me.On October 4, 2025, I again contacted their web chat support, but my issue still remains unresolved. Based on this experience, I would never recommend Reliant.com to anyone who values their time and expects reliable service.
