Also talking to you, you know automatically he is incapable to understand things. He was signed up for service, his social worker helped make call to stop service but they still want to charge him a cancelation fee. I his mother and representative payee called and spoke to a supervisor and was given a fake email address emailCIMSSupport at energy dot com to send documents to and if I do not get the account switched in my name or someone else name they will keep this on his record and still charge him. I do not want or need their services. I had googled the email address and found that The email address CIMSSupport at energy-dot-com is likely a phishing scam and not a legitimate contact for a company or government agency.
