I placed my order on December 31 and ended up receiving the wrong size band. I understand that December 31 is a busy time due to the New Year's sale, so I expected some delays, but this was excessive. I just received my order today (January 10), and I've had faster deliveries from overseas. Previously, my orders for relief bands were handled quickly and accurately. After contacting customer service, my order shipped promptly, and the representative was friendly and professional. However, I'm puzzled about the recent changes in the service, making it hard for me to recommend it to family and friends unless things improve. To provide some context, I struggle with severe anxiety and other health issues, and the relief band has been incredibly helpful for me. I don’t even mind if it’s a placebo effect; it just works. Unfortunately, I have very small wrists, which made my first relief band uncomfortable. I loved the sport model and gifted my first one. Recently, I got a Samsung watch and decided to order a Samsung band, expecting the regular size, but I received an extra-large one that I can’t use. I may seem overly upset, but I am genuinely disappointed. I've reached out to customer service and will update my review once I hear back. In the meantime, I plan to order the only regular size band available since I need it sooner than I can manage a return for this incorrect item. I truly wish I didn't love the product, but that’s part of why I’m so let down.
