If possible, I would give a zero-star rating. I placed an order on September 2, and their website promised shipping within two business days, but nothing was shipped, and there was no tracking info or communication. Their support email bounced back, and the only contact was an unanswered personal email. After several days, a robot responded with generic messages. They even included a fake tracking link that led nowhere. When I confronted them, they sent a tracking number that only showed 'China transit' with no updates. This is a total scam. They pretend to be US-based but are clearly shipping from China. I had to file a BBB complaint and demand a refund. Avoid this site entirely.
