I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I bought work shoes and a back brace, spending around $80. When I attempted to get a refund, they claimed my order number was invalid, and another order number indicated that it hasn't even been delivered yet. It's been over a week, and no one has assisted me with this issue. I've tried reaching out via email and phone, but nothing has worked! This feels like a scam! I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will take further action to prevent others from experiencing this situation. I cannot stress enough: do NOT buy from these dishonest individuals!

It took two weeks for the shoes to arrive, packaged in a plastic bag and sent from an unknown individual in California. The shoes look cheap and don’t fit at all. I can't reach anyone for help. They look nothing like the ones advertised online! Beware, buyers!

Their support email bounced back, and the only contact was an unanswered personal email. After several days, a robot responded with generic messages. They even included a fake tracking link that led nowhere. When I confronted them, they sent a tracking number that only showed 'China transit' with no updates. This is a total scam. They pretend to be US-based but are clearly shipping from China. I had to file a BBB complaint and demand a refund. Avoid this site entirely.
