I purchased a knee brace, but it was too large. I sent multiple emails seeking help, but received no response. I finally found an email address and submitted a return request. On March 19, they replied that my request was submitted successfully and that I would hear back once it was completed. Since then, I've received no further communication. The 30-day return window is quickly closing.
