After about a month of searching, we viewed around six properties, made offers on three, and eventually found a nice apartment at a reasonable price, moving in right after our flight. My account manager was very helpful; she responded quickly to our messages and provided valuable insights. The first virtual viewing wasn't as good as expected, but after clarifying our preferences, the subsequent viewings significantly improved. Areas for improvement: - Many properties shown did not match our filters, likely because the crawling service isn't fully capable yet, resulting in most postings being unsuitable. This can be fixed, which is why I left a four-star review. - The system displayed places too far from my workplace despite my filter settings. Users should be able to set strict limits on commute times. - A filter for corporate housing would be beneficial since many customers are relocating from abroad and cannot apply for those properties.
