We are now terminating the contract due to ongoing leakage and mold problems that the housing agency and landlord failed to address for months. We've been living with mold for quite some time. We invested a significant amount expecting premium service from the company, especially regarding these crucial technical aspects that are important in the Netherlands, which we are completely unfamiliar with as expats. Unfortunately, they seem indifferent to these concerns. Given the amount we paid, I expected a much better level of service.
