They really need to enhance their technical procedures. My family and I are immigrants, and we lack knowledge about what to check in a home. They suggested an apartment with a boiler that hadn't been maintained for over five years, along with several leakage issues. We are now terminating the contract due to ongoing leakage and mold problems that the housing agency and landlord failed to address for months. We've been living with mold for quite some time. We invested a significant amount expecting premium service from the company, especially regarding these crucial technical aspects that are important in the Netherlands, which we are completely unfamiliar with as expats. Unfortunately, they seem indifferent to these concerns. Given the amount we paid, I expected a much better level of service.
