I spent some time looking for a company who would accept my high Cyls prescription and was very happy when Reloptix accepted it. Following my order I had an issue receiving their emails (my issue) - an email to customer support sorted this quickly. I was a little disappointed about the lead time and concerned about my prescription (I had expected an uplift in price hadn't received one). Further investigations of the website revealed information about the two week lead before the prescription is looked at and then the price uplift for 'experimental' lenses. I didn't want experimental lenses so I contacted support to cancel my order. This was addressed without question and on the same day as my request.So, I can't speak for the lenses as I have purchased at a lower price from a company who know about higher prescription lenses. However I do appreciate an online company with a good customer support and my experience with Reloptix support was excellent. I would advise the company to make the information regarding higher prescription lenses much more visible regardless of where on their website a customer lands. I have no issue with their choice of sales model, only the visibility of information.
