I ordered my prescription lenses for the Oculus Quest 2 on July 15. I received them today, August 11....one day shy of 4 weeks. Given the supply chain and quality issues companies are currently facing, I thought this was great! I had a moment of panic early on when I realized that the shipping address had somehow defaulted to an address at which I hadn't lived in years! I reached out via email and the problem was fixed immediately...I didn't wait more than a day for a response. Additionally...I confess that a few days ago I was feeling a little anxious about when I would receive my order! I'm worse than a kid at Christmas! I emailed again to check on it. Again, the response was very fast! I was told they had recently worked out some supply chain issues and I should get my lenses soon....they were shipped just a few days later!In summation, the customer service has been great!Now the lenses...uhMAAAYzing!! I see perfectly and they are so much more comfortable than wearing my glasses. They were incredibly easy to install! They also come out very easily when another person wants to play. I highly recommend these lenses! I took the extra step of uploading a copy of my prescription. This made me feel sure they would correct any errors I may have made when entering my numbers. It is also necessary for the warranty.I love these inserts! I am finding them to be well worth the modest investment! I am very pleased!
