I am really let down by the service. I placed my order on 29th November and still haven't received it. I've emailed three times, tried to comment on social media (comments are disabled), and left a direct message. I received an email saying my order was dispatched, but the tracking shows it's still expected. The customer service representative mentioned the loss of a key team member, but it wasn’t clear if it was due to bereavement or a job change. While I understand that these things happen, this issue has been ongoing even before their busy sale period. I hate to write negative reviews, especially since I appreciate their mission, but I can't recommend this service due to the communication issues, misleading delivery timelines, and lack of clarity regarding refunds.
