Review Time
I have used this brand for a very very long time now and have ordered hundred and hundreds of pounds worth of clothes however I must say of late the customer service is poor. I ordered a dress on 11th Jan in the sale 2 weeks later I chased as it hadn’t arrived - was told they’d check with Evri despite not even having an email to say it had been dispatched. Sent numerous follow up emails to ask for an update and was just ignored. Dress didn’t arrive for the event I purchased it for so had to buy another last minute. Then weeks later get an email saying sorry it’s now out of stock and will get refunded and claiming it’s been lost in transit when Evri never actually received it. They think providing a discount code makes up for poor customer service and it doesn’t. So sad when your loyal to a small business/brand however no other small business/brand that I use do I ever have these issues. They don’t care about normal customers they’re only phased by the celebrities that purchase from them.

I ordered an £85 dress on 12th January and as of today it has not been dispatched. Their Instagram DMs are unmonitored, they aren't replying to any comments or emails - either to the company or the owner.
I can't comment on the quality of the products because I haven't received my order but I needed this dress for Saturday and it doesn't look like I will get it in time. I just want a refund to be honest as if the product isn't right for me I worry about how long it will take to return.
I run a small business and really want to support others but I am struggling with this one and won't be ordering again even if I do receive my dress eventually.
Order not fulfilled
I placed an order on 12 January for a dress. I did not receive an order number, simply a 'welcome to RELR' email. A few days later I received an email from Evri to say it was 'expecting' my RELR order. However, that's not been updated since. Customer support emailed once to say that they are 'looking into it' following two messages from me requesting help, but I've had no update since (despite me chasing twice).
This is my first order with RELR and I'm very disappointed. I would advise others to avoid this site until RELR improves its customer service. I'll be seeking a refund through my bank unless a resolution is offered promptly.
I purchased a body suit and the strap broke after just one use. This occurred in early December. Since then, I have reached out to the company four times with photos, but I have yet to receive any response. This level of communication is very disappointing and the worst I have encountered. I took some time to write this review in hopes that the company would respond, but unfortunately, they have not.

I've emailed three times, tried to comment on social media (comments are disabled), and left a direct message. I received an email saying my order was dispatched, but the tracking shows it's still expected. The customer service representative mentioned the loss of a key team member, but it wasn’t clear if it was due to bereavement or a job change. While I understand that these things happen, this issue has been ongoing even before their busy sale period. I hate to write negative reviews, especially since I appreciate their mission, but I can't recommend this service due to the communication issues, misleading delivery timelines, and lack of clarity regarding refunds.

I don’t mind waiting a week for dispatch from a small business, especially during busy times, but I’ve had no email updates, no dispatch after 2.5 weeks, and no responses from the company despite spending a significant amount. I usually enjoy their products, but I've faced issues with previous orders, including receiving incorrect items and not getting refunds for returns. Sadly, this will be my last order.
I placed an order 20 days ago and have reached out multiple times for updates. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response or information about my order, nor have I been offered a refund. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend them. Ignoring customers is unacceptable.
It seems many others are experiencing the same problem with their orders from the busy sale period. I’ve sent multiple emails about my order, yet I’ve been ignored. I tried to send a direct message on social media, but they don’t monitor those, and commenting is disabled. The only update I received was from the shipping company saying they expect my parcel, but that was a week ago. Their customer service needs significant improvement, especially since I spent a considerable amount on clothing. I will be disputing this with my bank.
