My experience during the busy sale period was disappointing, echoing what others have mentioned. I don’t mind waiting a week for dispatch from a small business, especially during busy times, but I’ve had no email updates, no dispatch after 2.5 weeks, and no responses from the company despite spending a significant amount. I usually enjoy their products, but I've faced issues with previous orders, including receiving incorrect items and not getting refunds for returns. Sadly, this will be my last order.
