It seems many others are experiencing the same problem with their orders from the busy sale period. I’ve sent multiple emails about my order, yet I’ve been ignored. I tried to send a direct message on social media, but they don’t monitor those, and commenting is disabled. The only update I received was from the shipping company saying they expect my parcel, but that was a week ago. Their customer service needs significant improvement, especially since I spent a considerable amount on clothing. I will be disputing this with my bank.
