I have used this brand for a very very long time now and have ordered hundred and hundreds of pounds worth of clothes however I must say of late the customer service is poor. I ordered a dress on 11th Jan in the sale 2 weeks later I chased as it hadn’t arrived - was told they’d check with Evri despite not even having an email to say it had been dispatched. Sent numerous follow up emails to ask for an update and was just ignored. Dress didn’t arrive for the event I purchased it for so had to buy another last minute. Then weeks later get an email saying sorry it’s now out of stock and will get refunded and claiming it’s been lost in transit when Evri never actually received it. They think providing a discount code makes up for poor customer service and it doesn’t. So sad when your loyal to a small business/brand however no other small business/brand that I use do I ever have these issues. They don’t care about normal customers they’re only phased by the celebrities that purchase from them.
