Vendors, be alert! My company was authorized to work on a pool heater, and despite troubleshooting, we were denied additional parts and our work was reassigned. We never received payment for parts or labor. When we contacted customer relations, they told us to retrieve the parts from the homeowner, stating, 'we are not paying you.' I requested to speak to management, but was informed that the same message would be conveyed. Their understanding of 'troubleshooting' is severely lacking. I was authorized and deserve payment for my services. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
