Avoid this company at all costs!! We are owed a significant amount after collaborating with them for two months! Mixed experience with the service

The representatives who call back after you submit a diagnosis can be quite frustrating, acting as if the work should be done for free. I've been dealing with them since July, and while it was manageable initially, they have become increasingly demanding. They expect me to replace a toilet for a mere $60, which is unrealistic given the costs of parts. Plumbing is essential, not a luxury. They often send unlicensed individuals for plumbing work, taking the diagnostic fee and leaving clients with unresolved issues. I want to know how to report this service for their practices.

Vendors, proceed with caution! Customers too.

Vendors, be alert! My company was authorized to work on a pool heater, and despite troubleshooting, we were denied additional parts and our work was reassigned. We never received payment for parts or labor. When we contacted customer relations, they told us to retrieve the parts from the homeowner, stating, 'we are not paying you.' I requested to speak to management, but was informed that the same message would be conveyed. Their understanding of 'troubleshooting' is severely lacking. I was authorized and deserve payment for my services. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Frustrated with payment issues

I've completed several work orders for this company but have only received one payment. My $4000 is on hold, and when I called, they said my account is paused. Waiting 180 days for payment is unreasonable. We should unite and consider legal action to recover our funds from this company.

Extremely dissatisfied with payment practices

I would give no stars if possible, but the system won't allow it. They owe me over $4000, which they took back after approving the work. This is a terrible business practice. Despite having numerous 5-star reviews, I suspect those are not genuine. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Warning: zero-star experience

I would love to leave a zero-star review! I've warned friends and other contractors about this company. They are incredibly difficult to work with. When customers have legitimate issues, they try to minimize or complicate the process to the point where you give up. It's a frustrating experience, and I would never recommend this service. Be cautious!

Contractors, think twice before working with them

Contractors, beware! My experience with this service has been very disappointing. They use a fixed-price guide that is significantly below market rates and refuse to adjust even when justified. You're expected to cover all parts upfront and wait over 30 days for reimbursement. The payouts are incredibly low, making it unsustainable for contractors. They don’t have a public-facing profile likely to avoid scrutiny. I strongly advise any contractors to reconsider working with this company.
