I’ve had my device for three weeks, and at first, I was very impressed with the user experience and functionality. Unfortunately, my situation has deteriorated as the device has now malfunctioned—just three weeks after purchase. When investing in a product at this price point, one expects a certain level of durability and customer service. It’s disappointing that I wasn’t simply offered a replacement but had to send it in for repairs instead. This means I’ll be without my device for the next three weeks, which is frustrating on its own. Even worse, all my notes from the past three weeks—containing crucial information about business dealings and contacts—were lost since I had to reset the device before sending it in. This undermines the main promise of the product: to provide clarity and focus in a busy everyday life. I genuinely appreciate the product, but I am quite dissatisfied with how this issue has been managed. I expected a smoother and more customer-friendly solution, such as an immediate replacement when it was clear that the fault wasn't due to user error.
