Communication was inconsistent, follow-up was lacking, and several expectations discussed at the start of the listing were not delivered as promised.I did not feel that my property was marketed with the level of professionalism, urgency, or strategic effort that was initially represented. Concerns I raised were not adequately addressed, and I was left feeling unsupported during what should have been a guided and well-managed process.In addition, I paid for three bathroom vanities that were poorly installed. The drawer mechanisms only partially function, two of them do not work properly at all, and one vanity has a strong, persistent odor that could not be removed. When I raised these issues, I was told “that’s the way it is,” and no effort was made to repair or replace them, despite having charged for the work.Selling a home is a major financial and emotional decision, and I did not receive the level of service, transparency, or accountability I expected from a professional realtor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sindy Jabuka to anyone seeking strong representation.
