Review Time
Recently, I contacted the reception of a real estate agency to ask about a house for sale in a specific area. When I greeted the representative with a good morning, she kept asking me to repeat myself. Her voice was unclear, making it hard for me to hear her. Frustrated, I decided to hang up and call back, thinking it was a connection issue. After ending the call, I received a return call from the reception. The person on the line sounded quite upset, accusing me of being rude for hanging up, and she spoke to me in an aggressive tone. I apologized and explained that I didn't mean to be disrespectful; we were both struggling to hear each other, which is why I hung up to try again. Without any apology or farewell, she abruptly ended the conversation. I firmly believe I was not the one being rude in this situation; it was clearly the representative from the agency who acted inappropriately. Very disappointing.
Regrettably, my experience with the service was profoundly unsatisfactory. Communication was inconsistent, follow-up was inadequate, and several initial expectations were not met as promised. I felt that my property was not marketed with the professionalism, urgency, or strategic effort that was initially assured. My concerns were not properly addressed, leaving me feeling unsupported during what should have been a well-managed process. Additionally, I paid for three bathroom vanities that were poorly installed. The drawer mechanisms function only partially, two are completely non-functional, and one vanity emits a strong, persistent odor that cannot be eliminated. When I reported these issues, I was told, “that’s the way it is,” with no attempts made to repair or replace them, despite having paid for the service. Selling a home is a significant financial and emotional choice, and I did not receive the level of service, transparency, or accountability I anticipated from a professional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking effective representation.
I'm writing about a Review because i was defrauded by TRENT HEAD back in September 2022. I bought a house from his best friend "Mitch Morris" for 319K in Pines West. The Average Market price was 305K. After 3 years i wanted to sell my house because of financial problems (unemployed). I again had fraud "trent Head as my Agent because i trusted him. We started to list the house June 20th 2025 fro 350K and Trent Head was very optimistic at that time that he can sell the house for at least 340K. The market went down and i dropped the price to 333.333$ to get at least my downpayment of 32K back (10%). Trent Head couldn't sell the house and i terminated fraudulent Trent Head the Contract. Be aware of this man who defraud LGBTQ people like he is. I would never trust him (TRENT HEAD) agin, i would not even trust RE/MAX anymore.
Relax is selling the neighbors house and has an estate sale, have people parking in rhe right of way killing the grass and making ruts, I had back surgery I explained and ruts can gar my back, remax didn't care and said I'm blocking customers, no there is 100s of feet of parking up the street, she walked away and called the sherif which there's nothing they can do, I asked don't you have compassion for me, no.Rootless all about maximize money at the expense of others, shameful
Sindy Jabuka Unfortunately, my experience with Sindy Jabuka was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, follow-up was lacking, and several expectations discussed at the start of the listing were not delivered as promised.I did not feel that my property was marketed with the level of professionalism, urgency, or strategic effort that was initially represented. Concerns I raised were not adequately addressed, and I was left feeling unsupported during what should have been a guided and well-managed process. In addition, I paid for three bathroom vanities that were poorly installed. The drawer mechanisms only partially function, two of them do not work properly at all, and one vanity has a strong, persistent odor that could not be removed. When I raised these issues, I was told “that’s the way it is,” and no effort was made to repair or replace them, despite having charged for the work.Selling a home is a major financial and emotional decision, and I did not receive the level of service, transparency, or accountability I expected from a professional realtor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sindy Jabuka to anyone seeking strong representation.
Our experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the very start, the property we moved into was handed over in an uninhabitable condition — the washing machine was broken, the toilet had issues, and the boiler leaked and cut off hot water every couple of days. Despite repeated reports, the problems were never properly resolved, and even their own engineer confirmed that the boiler needed major work.Communication was very poor throughout. We had to chase them constantly for updates, and promises of responses within a certain timeframe were ignored. Instead of supporting us, they attempted to charge us unfair fees, including “administration & re-advertising charges” — which are prohibited under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 — while also demanding rent for a period when the property was not even occupied. To make matters worse, during the period they claim to have re-advertised the property, they only arranged one single viewing in 24 days, yet still tried to deduct nearly £500 for advertising. We approached them reasonably, asking for a fair adjustment given the circumstances, but were met with inflexibility and dismissive replies. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for tenants’ rights has been unacceptable.I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.
I first went to a seminar in 2024 I was unsure if I could really do it be a home owner so I left thinking I could be back one day. And now almost a year later one phone call and boom I will be a home owner any day now... Remax team has blown me away the support, the knowledge and maybe even friendship has grown from my experience with the great team. Dawn Webb and Ketan Patel some of the best people I have crossed paths with the mahi you do for your clients like me is truly amazing. Don Ha has created something really amazing with REMAX assisting people to learn and navigate home ownership and realstate. You have a really great team.
My experience with this agency, particularly with the agent David Huntington from Mentor, Ohio, has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing a home from David, I quickly learned that the property was riddled with serious issues that should have been disclosed. From the outset, we were misled about the condition of the roof, which was said to have 5-10 years of life left. Instead, we're facing repair costs of $10,000 to $20,000!There was also a shocking incident where an electrician received a shock while working on the electrical panel, which was improperly connected. This negligence has led to repair costs that escalated from $350 to nearly $1,000. This is absolutely unacceptable and highlights a serious safety hazard that should have been addressed prior to the sale. Then we discovered glaring security risks: no locks on the house, including an unsecured backdoor and garage. This is not just a minor oversight; it’s a major breach of trust! The HVAC system that was marketed as "updated" is completely inoperative, leaving us with potential costs of $9,000 to $15,000 to replace the heat pump just as winter is approaching. And to add to our distress, the hot water tank is also non-functional, requiring yet another $1,000 to replace. All of these issues have caused me severe stress and health complications, culminating in a hospitalization. It’s disgraceful that RE/MAX would allow someone like David Huntington to represent their agency with such blatant disregard for honesty and integrity. If you value transparency and professionalism, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This agency has failed to protect its clients and has allowed a situation like mine to happen.
