The customer service is truly disappointing. My lip product broke (the applicator tip completely detached from the base, creating a large hole) and I barely missed the 30-day return window. I received an automated response stating I can’t return it or get a refund, but could have a 15% discount code instead. Why would I shop here again if I can’t get a refund for a defective product? I had hardly used it more than a few times. It’s genuinely disheartening, and despite trying to follow up, I never received a response from a real person.
