My order took about a week to arrive, but I was okay with it since it was close to the holidays and the confirmation email indicated longer wait times during that period. I was thrilled with both items I received (the eye stick and the glossy lip balm), which arrived on time and in perfect condition. The eye stick works as expected, but the lip balm has quickly become my favorite. My lips tend to get chapped, so I was delighted to find such a moisturizing lip balm that not only looks great but also has a wonderful scent.
The customer service is incredibly poor. I received a product with an issue and contacted their email, only to be told that the item is non-returnable because it’s limited edition. I purchased a makeup collection, and nowhere on my order or the item page did it mention it was limited edition or final sale. The support representative stopped replying despite my follow-ups. I will not be using this brand again.

The customer service is truly disappointing. My lip product broke (the applicator tip completely detached from the base, creating a large hole) and I barely missed the 30-day return window. I received an automated response stating I can’t return it or get a refund, but could have a 15% discount code instead. Why would I shop here again if I can’t get a refund for a defective product? I had hardly used it more than a few times. It’s genuinely disheartening, and despite trying to follow up, I never received a response from a real person.
There is virtually no customer service available. Firstly, there’s no phone number to reach out to; only an email address exists. Secondly, no one responds to the emails. I tried to initiate a return within the 30-day window and received no reply from the email or the online form. Now I'm left with a product I won't use. I certainly won’t purchase from this brand again and would advise others against it. A poor way to conduct business.
Returning products is extremely challenging. You need to email them to start the return process, but no one replies to the emails. I've reached out multiple times and also sent messages through social media, but received nothing back. It's been over a week without a response. They clearly don't prioritize customer service, and the product quality is lacking. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. Very disappointed.
I bought an eyeshadow palette and I'm very satisfied with it. This palette is unlike any other I've purchased; it's oblong with six colors, a small mirror, and a magnetic lid. The design is very futuristic, featuring shades from pink to brown. There are two matte colors and four satin colors with a hint of shimmer. The eyeshadow is highly pigmented and smooth, with minimal fallout. It blends beautifully. While some palettes might not be as practical in color selection, this one is perfect for fun looks. I wholeheartedly recommend these eyeshadow palettes.
I placed my order on November 11th and was just informed that half of my order won't be arriving and that I shouldn't expect it until December 30th. This was meant to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering again; nothing should take over six weeks to arrive.
