So many damaged items arriving an hard to get help :(

The products that arrived undamaged and actually worked..I love. Unfortunately every single time I've ordered, products came w issues and continue to. At first C's was amazing. But after time went by they just stopped caring. They won't actually take and use feedback that would rectify these issues! They often package without the plastic protection an the metal looking casing comes scratched! Sometimes even w the protective film. The eyeliners won't work as described, product won't flow from top only the base. Lighid eyeshadows not matching descriptions, fingerprints in palettes, ect. They just sent replacements or refunds without asking sometimes or trying to work w you. Then I got an order w 6 damaged items! I informed them which items I'd like replaced and which ones I'd like refunded. I told them to let me know what was able to be replaced and what couldn't and we could go from there. They came back and just refunded me and didn't give me any option. They didn't listen to me or try to help really. It's almost like they just skimmed my email an missed important info. And after getting almost every order with damages I'm just not sure if in the future I'm going to be purchasing from this company anymore. They now know if the issue w the metal casing n have 2 chapters coming..I doubt they care enough to change it. And C's doesn't seem to be that good as it had first seemed. :( So sad. I was so so excited about this brand too. The eyeshadow palettes blend beautifully however!
