I ordered a Bruichladdich Black Art 11.1 on Dec 27 at a promotional price of $250. After holding my money for a full month, Remedy issued a silent refund with zero explanation, and an email asking for why this happened was also ignored.The most frustrating part? I know for a fact that other customers who ordered this bottle WEEKS after I did received theirs. This wasn't an "out of stock" issue; it was a failure to honor my order while fulfilling later ones.I sent FOUR emails between Jan 16 and Jan 22 asking for an update. Not a single one was answered. To be ghosted for 10+ days and then given a refund for a bottle that is now $400 more expensive elsewhere is the worst "customer service" I've experienced in the spirits industry. Avoid this shop if you actually want to receive what you pay for.
