I ordered a Bruichladdich Black Art 11.1 on Dec 27 at a promotional price of $250. After holding my money for a full month, Remedy issued a silent refund with zero explanation, and an email asking for why this happened was also ignored.
The most frustrating part? I know for a fact that other customers who ordered this bottle WEEKS after I did received theirs. This wasn't an "out of stock" issue; it was a failure to honor my order while fulfilling later ones.
I sent FOUR emails between Jan 16 and Jan 22 asking for an update. Not a single one was answered. To be ghosted for 10+ days and then given a refund for a bottle that is now $400 more expensive elsewhere is the worst "customer service" I've experienced in the spirits industry. Avoid this shop if you actually want to receive what you pay for.
Buyer beware and read the reviews! I don't know what's happened to Remedy Liquor as it used to be one of my favorite online retailers for whisk(e)y, but in the last few years something has drastically changed and all the 1 star reviews show that... new, terrible ownership/management maybe? Their customer service is horrid and basically non-existent. They are rude, combative and non-responsive. They don't reply to emails in a timely manner, they've removed the contact form from their website and they will not take phone calls on online orders. They ignore what you put in the special instructions field when you order, and print it and include it in the box when shipped, almost like they're pointing out that they intentionally ignored your request. The only thing they have going for them is price, which only goes so far with such horrible customer service. They cancelled and refunded my most recent order after I kept asking when it would ship. They replied once to several emails saying the item was delayed, recently restocked and I'd get tracking info "soon". Around 2 weeks later I started emailing them daily asking when it would ship and all I got back was a refund email, no explanation, no apology. Bottom line - they don't care about their customers' experience and all you have to do is read their online reviews (especially their replies to complaints) to see that proven. Beware, look close and be careful with these folks. Everything you need to know is in these reviews. 1 star is far too generous a rating for the horrible service Remedy Liquor provides, if that word even applies.

I ordered four special bottles of vodka. They emailed me back and refunded me for one bottle and said the other four would ship I never received any of the bottles and when I inquired about it, their excuse was, I didn’t buy the protection for the package. I never received an email saying the package was on the way or anything. This company is a complete joke and rip off. They never responded to my inquiries for days on end. I feel like all Air is trying to make extra money on their package protection plan. We’ve never had anything taken from our front door porch.
Terrible Company Id give them zero stars if I could.If you ever order from them you better pray there are no shipping issues because there is no way to call them and I guarantee they will not resolve your issue.Biggest nightmare. I ordered a glen farclas 10 year and a thinker merlot from them. I redirected it to a local walgreens via fedex that sold liquor. Fedex sent the package all the way back to california from the local walgreens because Remedy refused to fill out a form. Then Remedy has the nerve to suggest the customer pay to ship it back. Had to call my credit card to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I suggest ordering from a company called Socal on Shopify they are excellent and cheaper.
I'm probably one of the lucky ones... I have placed 3 separate orders with this company, and have been satisfied with the items received for the price paid. Their packaging is excellent, with each bottle individually suitcased in inflatable packaging. Sometimes, labels or boxes may not be 'collector quality', but if you're just going to consume the product anyways,who cares... Like others have said, contacting a real person is impossible if you do have any concerns.This company's website is 'remedyliquor.com'. Everyone should also be aware of a scam company that has piggybacked on this company's information. 'remedyliquorbase.shop' can be substituted if you just click on an item you are searching for on the Internet. Be very aware of the email address you are giving your payment information to, to avoid future headaches and certain disappointment.
Ordered previously no issues. Pre-order scheduled to ship Mid November 2026. Delayed and shipped in December. We were out of the country and could not receive the package. ICustomer Service was contacted about situation via black hole they call a website contact us link. Goods shipped back it appeasrs. NO REPLY. NO GOODS, and no satisfaction. REMEDY has been ok previously but ZERO customer service when something happens!
I have ordered from Remedy three times to date and have had no issues with delivery (on time, well packaged, etc.). I called their customer service department (only because I was having issues checking out -- I live in an area that shares a zip code between 3 towns, my issue -- not theirs). Customer service rep was excellent. She figured out the issue and sent me a direct invoice to get around the shipping glitch. Items arrived quickly and in great condition. Would order again.
Not recommend. All promos you see on the web are not working. You can’t get any discount on the packages you buying, don’t trust whatever they advertise like “buy 2 get $20 discount” or if they will add free gift they will charge more for shipping so it’s not free anymore. Download app and get $5 it’s not working either. In one word bad and greedy service, not appreciated for long time customers.
