I bought a bottle of an allocated tequila from Remedy Liquor, and it arrived half empty. There was no breakage or staining on the box from a leak. They just sent a bottle that wasn't full. I emailed them about it, and they offered to give me $15 back on an over $100 purchase. I have exchanged multiple emails trying to resolve the issue. Now, most vendors are sold out of this bottle, and I will have to luck into one from somewhere local. I will never buy from them again. If you purchase from them, just know that they aren't going to help you if there is an issue with the bottle. #TerribleCustomerService
