Lack of Loyalty for Existing Customers

The customer service was generally good. However, the company offered a Black Friday discount for new members but did not extend it to existing ones, which was not clear in the advertisement. I decided to cancel my subscription because I felt there was no loyalty towards current customers, and their pricing for the medication is still too high.
