I was using remedy meds for approximately a year and in 2026 the prices started to come down a bit on weight loss meds so I ask them for a price reduction and they declined so I decided to go with another company after 1 month with another company I decided to return back to remedy meds their customer service is excellent and their products are trustworthy I highly recommend them...
This company does not honor the credits they give to your account!!! Beware! They issued me a $399 credit in January 2026 only to keep charging me another $399 in February 2026 and not honor the previous credit I had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It is a pitty this happened recently. Their service had been really nice before this situation.
Misleading, No Accountability, Ignored Refund Requests
Very disappointed with RemedyMeds.
I placed an order for semaglutide based on their advertising about effectiveness and fast delivery. There was no real evaluation of my weight or progress, and when I explained the medication wasn’t working (even though I’ve taken semaglutide before), I was told results “may be minimal.” That’s not what their marketing implies.
When I requested a refund, they refused and hid behind their “Terms of Service” because a prescription had been written and shipped — regardless of whether it actually worked.
Even more frustrating, my correspondence regarding a refund and accountability was largely ignored. Instead of addressing the concerns directly, responses were generic and dismissive.
I also did not knowingly agree to a subscription, yet additional charges were attempted.
Overall, this felt like strong marketing upfront and zero accountability after payment. I would urge others to read everything very carefully before purchasing.
The genius behind this company is nothing but a thief and scammer relying on “terms and conditions” to make profit. EVIL WAY OF MAKING MONEY WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY.
Did not increase my GLP-1 dose despite explicitly told to do so. They only supply the minimum concentrations (2mg/ml) and give you bigger doses. kept medication at 6.25 mg/ml which is slightly more than the start dose (after ramping it up to that over 4 months) for 2 months despite not losing any weight with no side effects.
Then finally, simply did not deliver the last prescription for 8 days. When I called to cancel and get a refund, simply quoted policy and refused to give a refund. Shady Company. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
Did not work for me i didnt lose a single pound after 2 weeks. I have been on semaglutide before and i got great results but i moved ao decided to give them a try. They claimed 2 day delivery but mine arrived more than a week later and when i called about it they said oh its 2 business days from whatever. Lame excuses. When i called about not seeing results their nurse practitioner gaa lighted me and went around in circles. Like i said, i have used the product before and i was disappointed that i was not seeing positive results. 200$. Worse, they tried to charge me again on the 3rd week. While sending me reminders that it was time for a refill which i was not interested in. Why send reminders when YOU TRY TO STEAL MONEY FROM ME ANYWAY? AND DO NOT SAY IT IS SUBSCRIPTION WHY WOULD I SUBSCRIBE TO SOMETHING THAT DIDNT EVEN WORK? Do NOT EVEN MAKE IT A PROCESS TO CANCEL GETTING CHARGED AGAIN! I WILL PURCHASE AGAIN IF I CHOSE TO! THAT IS QUESTIONABLE BUSNESS PRACTICE ! SCAM!!
I appreciate the communication, struggled a little with the dosing being very low for the price. On it for three months, just now at 25 ml. Haven’t seen much movement weight loss wise.
I was never sent my 2nd refill but they charged my card. When I asked for a refund, they tell me that the charge is for a subscription, they will not refund me even though I cancelled my subscription because I never received the refill. Nice little loop hole to steal your money! No one has even offered to send my refill.
Disgusted with remedy meds!
The first two months were ok at best! I lost weight but getting the refill each month was a timely process which often required me to contact remedy meds multiple times. By the third month vial 3 the solution inside was nothing like the first two months. It made me eat like the guy from the movie The Whale. I couldn’t stop eating and the company could care less. I felt like I threw 400 dollars down the drain! Please don’t waste your koney. By the third month you will not be getting the same medication and it certainly won’t come on time.
They automatically charge $399 each month for visits and medications, claiming they will notify you about the visit but failing to do so. Despite not receiving any service or medications, the fee of $399 is still applied. I've been to other clinics where you aren't charged without receiving service or medications. This experience feels like a scam! I strongly advise against using this service!
After having difficulty with another provider due to their high volume, I discovered that this service was rated #1 for GLP1 assistance... I completed the online screening easily... The nurse practitioner was exceptionally pleasant... My medications are on their way...
