It was very easy to get started and I feel that communication was clear. The pricing was up front and I didn't feel like I was being scammed. I had a video appointment with a provider and was able to ask questions get clarification where needed. I did feel like the provider was a little bit rushed, but she answered all of my questions and remained professional throughout the appointment. I haven't received my first shipment of medication yet, so I'll update this review after I get started with the medication.
