I trust them and it works for the following reasons I have listed here!The Website is secureWhen you enter the Remedy website to log-in they will ask you for your email address and then send you a secure log in link. Once you are logged in on the home page you will see your prescription status and your weight-loss journey along with other options that make this website very easy to navigate. They provide Great Customer Service. Anytime I have needed to speak with someone they have been very professional and helpful. I like the fact that you get to talk to an actual human being without having to go through a ton of questions by a "bot" which is a time waster! If they are experiencing longer than usual wait times, they will let you know and then give you the opportunity to leave a call back number. I had to do this once and they called me back very quickly!Your documents are easy to locate This is a great feature. I love the fact that it is very easy to upload your medical documents, such as lab tests and other prescriptions requested by your clinician. Now they are stored so you can go back and review them anytime. Easy to request your Refills. You will be asked a list of questions such as how much you currently weigh and what your current prescription is. It also asks if you have been experiencing any side affects and how your blood pressure and heart rate are doing. They ask if you have any concerns about your weight loss and if you would like to talk to a clinician. They are very thorough without having to answer too many questions. I usually receive my medication within 3-5 days. They also have an easy to use Appontment feature. In just a few clicks your done! You will see all the available dates and times. So far, I have been able to get an appointment within 24 hours. They are also very accomodating. One time I made an appointment for the following day and then later that same day I received a text from them that an available slot just opened up and asked me if I wanted to speak to them later on the same day so I didn't have to wait 24 hours to speak with my clinician. What more can you ask for?
