I received my refill reminder on Friday, November 28 and completed the refill information. I am leaving on a 10 day cruise next Friday, December 5 and called Remedy Meds to insure the medicine would arrive by next Thursday. The representative who I spoke with was less than helpful and could not offer any assurance my refill would arrive by next Thursday. Remedy Meds customer service is terrible and I do not recommend using them.
