I have been a member for over a year, the site asked me to start my refill process (usually takes 48 hours for a provider to review and 5 business days for pharmacy to fulfil), I did, and let them know I would be out of town for a few days once it said it was getting ready to ship 24 hours later. Back and forth with customer service just wanting them to make sure I had safe and effective medication for the month went no where with them sending me in circles around the concept of they cant stop the order (that will be bad when I get back)....okay well then reship, this compound costs almost nothing, or don't charge me the $400 for the month, those are the only two fair options in my view. NOPE they are sending medication that will be adulterated and unable to be used, and still charging me $400 for that!! I could not believe it, usually this company does pretty good, have been here over a year....BEWARE! (I will be searching for alternates immediately!) Alex Jones
