I started 4 months ago. I love almost everything about this company. The Customer Service is great, quickly responsive. It's easy to book an appointment with a healthcare provider who will answer all your questions and address all your concerns. The cost of the meds is competitive - high, yes, but not as high as elsewhere. The only thing I don't love about this company is that it keeps switching pharmacies which means every compound is a bit different. I had to speak with a healthcare provider to have the dosage explained to me, even if the label is different from one pharmacy to the next. Fortunately, I have not had any negative side effects (except for acid reflux one night) and I've lost about 15 pounds so far.
