The availability of knowledgeable professionals is appreciated. The customer service is really good too. When I had a problem (not with Remedy Meds but the lab or pharmacy) they made note of it and didn't just make excuses. The last vial of meds I received was short in volume...only 3 injections, not four. The liquid was not mixed, so I didn't know how much of the compounded medicine I was actually getting. ..concerning. I think it seemed frozen or that it simply was not mixed well. I took it anyway because I had missed two dosages previously (I lost the mail, my fault, including the package from Remedy Meds. So, I didn't want to complain ..again. So in my experience with Remedy Meds, since May of 2025, it has been a pleasure. I know I could find it less expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for and I trust Remedy Meds.
