I have been using Remedy Meds since February 2025 for a GLP1 medication. Their customer support is very timely. When I experienced an issue with getting emails for detailed dosing, they were available right away to answer questions. The mid-level providers are contracted from many states and they use the provider lisenced in your state for your visits. So I have never seen the same provider and that was something I needed to work through. That might also be just me. As an RN, I am used to getting more details. I feel like maybe the providers and the process could use a better way of sharing the visit notes with each other. It would be also helpful if they would share the notes in the patient portal so you can also review the notes. That being said, I would still recommend them for the customer service and ease of getting meds refilled.
