The convenience factor is there, for someone like me who has a busy schedule. Having an online telehealth prescriber was helpful. There was a little hiccup in the beginning with scheduling where I waited for a provider for more than 15 min and got the run around, but Remedy meds did a full service recovery and I was on with a provider by the end of the day. Although this was a lot of phone call and effort. Overall, I'm satisfied with the progress for myself. At the end of the day, I am doing all the work and need to continue the work to maintain.
