About a year ago, I tried remedy meds after reaching out to two other glp-1’s companies. I am so happy I did. I have lost 70lbs in a year. The other two companies did not do what they claimed. And sent the type of meds I were not interested in, nor agreed to. When I reached out to remedy meds I was so happy that customer service would answer questions before I signed up. I read the detail of the membership before signing up so I understood what I was getting, when and how I would receive meds. It was simple to reach out to request appointments, easy to inquire about shipments. Their tracking system is literally move by move notification. I had a question about the condition of a vial once it did take a few days longer than I would think to get a final answer but after 5 days and the csr person helping me I know did there best, they had to contact the pharmacy and quality control, it takes time to get a definitive answer. It all worked out the rubber on my vial just had a dimple from the filling syringe. Made sense. The medication always arrive to me in wonderful condition. It was always accompanied with an ice pack. Quick delivery everytime. I only scheduled a few appointments during my year long journey after each appointment I always felt confident and reassured of any questions I had. I knew I was being looked after. Some people are going to react to meds differently than others. That is not remedy meds fault. The number of people they have helped over the number of people that it hasn’t worked for, people will hopefully take that into consideration. It’s been a year. I’ve lost 70 pounds. I was fortunate that the pharmacy they use has a medication that works for me. I am grateful for the treatment they provide. They have me as a life long customer, I know they will be here when I need them.
