Horrible service. Delayed meds over time caused a me to be a full month behind, but the idiots at Remedy thought that I was the one that was behind on a payment. The rudest customer service representative was rude and condescending, refused to listen. I was never able to get a hold of anyone reasonable. I sent detailed timeline that basically no one even bothered to address. This is a dishonest company. Stay away.
