We spent over six hours in three days trying to get medicine shipped. On Thursday night we were told we needed an appointment. So they were making one and told us we would receive email verification. That took an 1 hour plus.The next morning my Husband got a phone call wanting to schedule an appointment. He was so frustrated he asked for a supervisor. Who informed him that his "order" for medicine was left sitting on someone's desk! That night we called to verify and explained that we needed to do that appointment via phone.When we called we were told our appointment was for Nov 26 instead of the 22. After much discussion we were told we needed to call in an hour before our appointment for the 22nd. So we called in Saturday morning an hour before the appointment. The first specialist couldn't find my husband' record. She gave us a phone number to call claiming they could help us. The phone number was for the competition. We called back and spoke with Freddy. Freddy was very helpful and understanding. She was the only one who knew that we just needed to go to the portal, sign in and Remedy meds would call us. That is the only reason Remedy is not getting a negative score.
